With a decisive 3-0 victory over Fulham on Sunday, Arsenal maintained their five-point lead over the competition’s leaders and made some Premier League history in the process. First-half goals from Gabriel Martinelli and skipper Martin Odegaard helped the Gunners win five straight-away London derbies without giving up a goal, becoming the first side to accomplish.
At Craven Cottage, Mikel Arteta’s team took advantage of Fulham’s shaky defense thanks to three assists from Leandro Trossard. The Fulham Cottagers, led by Marco Silva, are seventh in the league after losing just once in their previous seven home games across all competitions.

In the 21st minute, Gabriel, who also scored on his debut against Fulham in 2020, headed in Trossard’s corner kick from inside a crowded six-yard box to give Arsenal the lead.
