Crystal Palace said stop to Manchester United, who won the last five games until the Crystal Palace match and beat Manchester City 2-1 in the last week’s derby.

GOAL! Crystal Palace 0-1 Manchester United (Fernandes 44)

This was too easy. Rashford rolls a pass down the inside-left channel to release Eriksen, who cuts back for Fernandes on the penalty spot. Fernandes has time to take a breather before launching himself viciously into the top right corner! A fine move, but Palace’s defense seemed to fall asleep en masse there, and United didn’t need to ask twice.

Wout Weghorst, who left Beşiktaş and joined ManU, started at 11 and stayed on the field for 69 minutes. Bruno Fernandes put the guest team ahead 1-0 with his goal in the 43rd minute. Cristian Eriksen assisted the goal. After finishing the first half ahead 1-0, Manchester United continued their attacks in the second half. But in 90+1, Michael Olise’s awesome free-kick goal came.

GOAL! Crystal Palace 1-1 Manchester United (Olise 90+1)

What a goal this is! What a strike! Olise takes the free kick and rifles it over the wall and into the top-right corner. At 101 miles per hour, right inside the postage stamp! The ball pings off the underside of the bar, rebounding down and up into the roof of the net, in a very aesthetically pleasing style. What a free kick!

It was one of the interesting moments of the match when a fan entered the field and took a photo with Casamiro during the match. Casemiro was also shown a yellow card and suspended before Saturday’s game against Arsenal. With this draw, Manchester United increased their points total to 39 and Crystal Palace’s to 23.
